If the material is an inactive metal or the drying rate is slow, use an activator. For a slip fit, apply adhesive circularly along the leading edge of the pin and inside the collar to ensure good coverage. For a press fit, fully apply the adhesive to both bonding surfaces and press-fit at high speed. For a shrink fit, cover the pin with adhesive, then heat the collar until opening needed for free fitting is achieved. For disassembly, locally heat up to 250\u00b0C\/482\u00b0F.
