Selsil Water Stop Liquid Membrane

Selsil Water Stop Liquid Membrane, a one-component, hybrid polymer-based, low-viscosity waterproofing product. Free from solvents, isocyanates, and bitumen. Upon contact with air, it cures to form an elastic and waterproof layer. Easily applicable on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Before application, necessary safety measures must be taken and personal protective equipment should be worn. The surface must be clean, dry, or slightly damp, and all oil, dust, dirt, and loose particles should be removed. The product can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless spray. For best performance, a double-coat application is recommended, ensuring that the first coat is completely dry before applying the second one. After application, the product should not be exposed to water for at least twenty-four hours. Tools used during application can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone before the product cures; once cured, they can only be cleaned by scraping. The product should be stored in a cool and dry environment at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C, where it retains a shelf life of twelve months.
