Application Area
- Assembling and sealing of windows and door frames
- Filling of cavities
- Sealing of openings in all roof constructions
- Thermal and acoustic insulation
Limitations
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
- Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible
- Should not be exposed to UV and be covered paint or plaster
Instructions
The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. Surfaces must be moisturized before application of PU foam. The most suitable can temperature for use is between 20–25°C. Shake the tube vigorously about 30 times before use. Foam extrusion can be controlled by varying pressure on the adaptor. For best output, position the valve downward. The valve works 360°.
Cleaning
Fresh foam can be cleaned with Foam Cleaner before curing. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically with knife or spatula.
