Reusable Safety Valve Foam

Selsil Reusable Safety Valve Foam is a one-component, polyurethane-based filling and insulation material cured by air humidity.

Properties

  • One component.
  • Cured by air humidity.
  • Excellent adherance to most construction materials such as wood, concrete, roofing tiles, metal, aluminium (except for polyethylene, silicone, and Teflon).
  • Insulates against sound and heat.
  • Cuttable and paintable when cured.
  • Exceptionally good filling (expansion) capacity.
  • Can be closed off with a safety valve after use, so that it can be used again even weeks later by opening the valve.

Application Details
Selfoam Plus PU Foam;

Used to fix and assemble door and window frames,
Fill gaps and cavities,
As a filler in all roof constructions,
In sound and heat insulation systems.

Storage is 12 months when stored at +5ºC/41ºF to +25ºC/77ºF.
