Instructions

The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. If needed, clean with pressurized water. Moisturize dry surfaces before application. Let cold cans sit at room temperature for 20 min. Shake vigorously ~30 times before use. Dispense in 3 cm bead size, leaving 2 cm margin from panel edges. Apply one bead through the center as well. Wait 3–4 minutes, then press panels and hold for ~1 min. Panels can be adjusted within 15–20 min. After 2–3 hours, trim excess foam with a cutter.

Limitations

  • Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, and bituminous substrates
  • Not for use in continuously wet environments
  • Should be covered with paint or plaster to prevent UV exposure

Cleaning

Fresh foam can be cleaned with Selsil Foam Cleaner. Cured foam must be removed mechanically using a knife or spatula.

Shelf Life and Storage

Store in a cool, dry place between +5°C and +25°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin and eye contact. Use gloves. Do not freeze or expose to temperatures above 50°C or direct sunlight. Work in well-ventilated areas. Avoid inhalation of vapor. Do not smoke. Keep away from open flames. Refer to the latest MSDS for full safety guidance.
