3638 Very High-Temperature Retaining Compound
Selsil 3638 Very High-Temperature Retaining Compound is suitable for applications where maximum strength is required at room temperature. It is used to fill gaps with a maximum opening of 0.25 mm (0.01″). It is suitable for locking slots and bushings on shafts and bodies.
- It has excellent retention, adhesion, sealing and bolt fixing properties.
- It is used for sleeves and locks in shafts and housings.
- It is not recommended for use in oxygenated or oxygen-rich systems, with chlorine or other strong oxidants.
