Can I use Selsil Waterstop on building surfaces where rainwater leaks through?

We recommend Selsil Waterstop to waterproof suitable building surfaces at the point of water ingress. It can be applied with a brush or roller to horizontal and vertical surfaces and cures to form an elastic, waterproof film. Do not apply it to frozen surfaces, standing water or surfaces continuously submerged in water.
