Fire-Resistant Foam
Selsil Fire-Resistant Foam is a single-component, fire-retardant filling and insulation material. It cures on contact with moisture. Its semi-rigid structure is difficult to bend but accommodates vibration and joint movement. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- It provides excellent adhesion to building materials such as wood, brick, stone, cement, plaster, asbestos, plasterboard, hardboard and metal.
- Resists fire for up to 4 hours.
- Acts as a seal to prevent smoke passage.
- Fills and insulates all types of gaps.
- Must not be used on polyethylene, Teflon, silicone or similar materials.
- Must not be applied to delicate surfaces.
