Double Valve PU Foam
Selsil Double Valve PU Foam is a single-component, polyurethane-based filling and insulation material. It cures with moisture in the air. Its newly designed special valve and convenient pipette design provide various advantages in application.
- It can be applied 360°.
- It is highly efficient.
- It is easily applied in hard-to-reach, narrow spaces.
- It provides excellent adhesion to many building materials except polyethylene, silicone and teflon.
- It provides sound and heat insulation.
- Once cured, it can be cut and painted.
- It has high expansion and excellent filling capacity.
- It shows excellent dimensional stability.
- It does not contain CFC and HCFC gases.

Questions & Answers
Yes. Its special valve works in every direction for 360° application. Hold it with the valve pointing downwards for maximum yield.
Yes. The special valve and straw design makes it easier to work in narrow, hard-to-reach gaps and on roofs where a foam gun cannot be used.
Shake it 30 times before use. If the can is cold, leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes. The optimum temperature for use is 20–25 °C.
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Dampen it with a water spray when needed.
It is not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, silicone, soft plastic, neoprene or bituminous surfaces.
Protect it from UV with paint or plaster. Do not use it in applications with continuous exposure to water.
Uncured foam can be removed with Selsil Foam Cleaner. Cured foam must be removed mechanically.
Yes. It can be cut and painted once cured.
Store it upright at 5–25 °C. Its shelf life under these conditions is 12 months.
